Last night Mike was trying to watch a show on the Science Channel about super fast trains using magnets and vacuum tubes. Mike was staring at the television with increasing disbelief. Apparently every other word was wildly off base, scientifically incorrect or mixing up concepts. The last straw was the voice over talking about how the space shuttle wasn't accelerating during its orbit of the earth. Mike was so irked that we had to switch back to the bad movie on the Sci-Fi channel, Dragon Sword. (Alternately known as George and the Dragon, and yes that really is James Purefoy and Patrick Swayze.) Yep, he was so annoyed that he chose to watch a bad movie with a CGI dragon and Patrick Swayze wearing chainmail instead of the Science Channel.
