Since colmmcsky actually made a post and participated in a meme, I suppose I will too. Meme from everywhere. Damn, I did not realize how hard it was to take a picture of yourself. My hands shake too much before my morning coffee for that business.

1. Take a picture of yourself right now.
2. Don't change your clothes, don't fix your hair - just take a picture.
3. Post that picture with no editing.
4. Post these instructions with the picture.

Baking pies in the middle of the night guarantees good results, in my experience. I've never made an apple pie before, so I just sort of winged this one. It's stuffed with Golden Delicious apples, brown sugar, nutmeg, flour and some almond slivers.



You know the pie is done when it starts bubbling out of the crust. Mmm burning delicious apple sugar.



In case you are wondering, this is what I look like cooking in the middle of the night.
