goodbye Koshka

Koshka died during the night. I hope the ghost kitty found him quickly so he was not alone. I buried him this morning just after dawn, in his favorite bed with his pink mouse. I covered the grave with long branches of rosemary from our giant bush. Filling a grave is just as hard as digging one.

I miss him so much.

How blessed he was to have someone love him so much in his final years. So few are so lucky. May he have eternal peace and happiness over the rainbow bridge. <3
