Might I suggest this skull bleaching kit? Says it is enough for three deer sized skulls, but I don't know how that translates to human heads. Hah! Oh I love the weird things my job shows me.

That's actually pretty darn awesome. I work with a lot of bones and just picked up two sheep skulls that need a good cleaning.
