In the past week or so, I've started sleeping heavily. I slept perhaps twelve hours last night, and took an hour nap int he middle of the afternoon. It is quite unusual for me. I doubt that the small amount of increased activity during my day could account for such a drastic change, to go from seven to twelve hours. I'm also dreaming in an intense, photo realistic manner. One night it was a Western, with guns and met who shaded their eyes with their hats, a tall framed Victorian house, frying eggs and potatoes, an inevitable ending. Last night it was about a war, about a Chinese space station, murders of high ranking diplomats by a whore, soldiers. I jot down what I can remember in an ongoing file in hopes that eventually some of it might transform into a story.

Crunches again today. I added a few more to the pitiable number. I discovered that shifting the angle of my legs makes those odd muscles on the outside of my thighs and hips work.

When the dramatic increased need for sleep/extra-vivid dream thing happened to me, it's because I was pregnant. Ha ha! But seriously, I'm sure there's another logical explanation.

Good on ya for exercising! And I think it could be accountable for the great sleep. Keep on it, gf!
