Last night I had this horrendous, endless dream about Alan. About how we had married a second time, and something happened and he just up and disappeared. Driving around, searching for his car, wondering if I would find him. But there was a baby now too, I think, though I never saw the child. I moved into an apartment near where I grew up and was going to sell the wedding rings. It was miserable and stressful, half hoping to find him and half hoping not to have any luck.

This weekend I am finally going to get around to seeing Watchmen.
