Reading the news today totally spoiled me for this week's episode of House, which has filled me with distinct rage.

This article tells the disturbing story of a man who knowingly infected his partners with HIV. But what really bugs me is the writing is TERRIBLE. I wrote better news articles in high school. Seriously, what are they teaching kids in J-school these days? I can only imagine the scathing comments Doc would make.

Now for something completely different... baby lions!

The new Roomba arrived today. So shiny and awesome. The retiring Roomba is going to be turned into a war!Roomba and possibly painted red.

How badly do I wish Adrian Pasdar could have jumped through time Profit could be in production today? I love that show. It always makes me think of Kevin, who signed my yearbook as Kevin aka Jim Profit.

Cavan is not an acceptable alternate spelling of the name Kevin. Just, no.

I've seen Kevan and Kevon before, which I can live with - changing a vowel is a big difference from changing a consonant.

I'm totally with you about Profit. I watched the entire series a while back and thought it would be perfect for a cable series. They could really amp up the sex and twisted today.

Apparently they had to damp it down originally - initially she was his mother, not his stepmother and so forth.

I think it would have truly given Nip/Tick a run for creepist show ever.
