too much

I think I tried to do too much yesterday, doing some chores and such around the house. I'm paying for it today because I feel like shit, and had nightmares of exceptionally bloody quality all night.

Please believe me...I understand. Ive been trapped on leave and mostly still for over 1.5 years. I've *somewhat* increased my coping skills and learned to manage it, but it does my constantly moving mind and anxiety NO good.

Just remember...if you don't let yourself heal, the longer you are going to set yourself back, which is going to lead to even more sitting and flailing.
