We went to Korea House today, since my paycheck had substantial bonus from extra work I did. My sushi was delicious, so delicious. Without thinking I ate some bites of Mike's beef bulgogi. Bad idea. For whatever reason in relation to the gall bladder thing, I can't eat red meat. It was rather painful.

It's hard to live in Texas and not be able to eat tasty beef.

There's a sale on squishable zebras, bears, reindeer, and leopards right until Monday.

out of curiosity...have you tried to eat grass-fed beef? I've heard from people that they find it easier to digest.

I haven't yet - I'm going to give it a couple weeks and then see if Ic an pick up some at the farmer's market to try.
