Sometime in the past twenty four hours, I broke one of my newer crowns. It's a nice, jagged edge that has already sliced my tongue. Damn it. Ow.

Do you sleep with a mouth guard? Might be something to try, if it would net out cheaper than replacing crowns all the time. Also, owww.

I have in the past, but I've never found one that fit well or was comfortable.
