I slept for ten hours, and I still feel exhausted.

After the most miserable and hot summer ever, the weather forecast says it will rain all during the holiday weekend. Hah. If it actually happens, that would be nice.

Since Mike was made to take his vacation time during the summer, we don't have the time to go overseas for Christmas. Consequently I've put off dealing with getting a new passport.

The house is a mess. I need to clean.

I sometimes get that when I get a big whack of sleep. I think my body is so overjoyed to get some sleep that it just wants more. "Oh wow! That was good! More more more!!!"

But I must tell it firmly that good solid sleep is a *sometimes* treat, not an everyday thing. Sigh.
