higballs for everyone

We dragged our friends out to The Highball last night for food, cocktails, skee ball and bowling. It was a pretty awesome evening. Plus I learned something that brought immense joy to my heart. The bowling lanes are restored, vintage ones from Rock and Bowl, an ancient bowling alley from New Orleans. But not only does the highball have these awesome vintage bowling lanes - they were the lanes upon which one of my all time favorite movies was filmed.

I don't even bowl, and this filled me with glee. But I do enjoy keeping score.

NO FREAKING WAY

I've only seen the movie once, but two of my friends live and die by that movie, and will freak the frick out when I tell them this. Thank you for the trivia!
