pure coincidence

I keep forgetting I have that old webpage I don't update anymore. I used to work on that at my last job, because it killed time and ate bandwidth. I started a list of every book I owned, and made it through most of the fiction.

A random email last week from a kind person in California who discovered that one of the books I own is out of print. Oddly, I had just started reading The Language of Fear by Del James, partly because I've been watching too many Guns N Roses videos.

We're working out a book exchange. She's sending me Leni Riefenstahl's memoir and Michael Azerrad's Come As You Are. Trish seems tres cool and I find myself wanting to talk more with her.

Tonight's dinner outing is for Mongolian barbeque. I'm excited. Delicious food. Tonight is also my last night of being an unemployed Austin slacker.

it was delicious! I must go back. I liked being able to pick and choose everything going into my bowl, and making my own sauce.
