MEGA Feast, Indiana Jones

I love the Drafthouse for living in willful ignorance that anyone ever made a fourth Indiana Jones movie. Thank god. Today's marathon of the trilogy was spectacular. The food/drink courses were inspired and delicious. I feel like I could eat that lamb moussaka every day for the rest of time, it was so good. And the coconut risotto! It was fun to start the whole thing off with a big cold glass of vodka before we got any food too, ahahah. I feel deliciously full, but not painfully so. I did drink one of Mike's cocktails. They did this awesome pair during the second movie. The first was the "Poison" made of rum, rhubarb syrup, lime juice and soda. The second was the "Antidote" which had Bombay sapphire gin, lemon juice, green tea and this fantastic five spice infused simple syrup. It glowed a radiant blue green and was delicious. I really want to have those drinks again.

As Zac said, Sundays are for mega feasts. They are talking about having a Back to the Future triple feature. !!!

Briefly saw brienze, and the super cool game her husband helped create on the iPhone. (PocketLegends, which looks like fun.)

Thanks! I'd be pimping it anyway just so my DH doesn't have to go back to work at Sony, but I've actually been having a lot of fun playing it, too. Friday was awesome because he forgot to take his ipad to work and I got to play on the big screen. =P
