Today Mike put up the completed bat house. It looks pretty awesome. Bats will probably not move in until next year at the earliest, since they've already returned for the warm season here. but it should be nice and weathered for them.

We performed our catsitting duties, ate some delicious food at La Brissa and then came home to watch movies. The current movie did not live up to it's billing. Instead of being a creative alternative perspective on the story of Death Note it is more a knock off summary of the series. So we're going to watch Moon which looks creepy as hell if you ask me.

It is a great movie, and I am really glad I had no idea what it was about going in, because it made the puzzle even better. I would recommend it, even though it made me sad. (But then I think that has a lot to do with my own personal ideas about space and loneliness.)

The soundtrack for it is amazing. It just works so well.

Yes, Moon is so creepy and good--I was surprised that Sam Rockwell was not nominated for an Oscar.

I was surprised at how well done the movie was.
