OH! The Drafthouse is reprising its amazing original road show. From the site:

Enjoy a lazy day of paddling the river, drinking some beer, and then pulling the boat out at a remote rolling roadshow theater set up along the banks of the river, more beer, and wait for the sun to set to watch the ultimate hillbilly canoeing movie: DELIVERANCE!

As this is back country, we may run into some natives along the way, but just stare straight ahead and don't show them your teeth. And yes, we will be serving up a complete slow-roasted spit-fired pig!

Mike is so bummed he already scheduled his birthday grilling party for that day. Damn it. But we are going to see The Back to the Future Trilogy Feast! instead. But still, what a hell of a roadshow.

Rick and I are going to do the Back to the Future Trilogy also, even though we don't really remember the second and third movies so can't guess what kind of food it might be. At the least we should be able to count on 50s soda shop something-or-other.

I don't remember much of the second one except for the hover skate board. The third one was all Wild West and trains, so maybe we will get beans and barbecue?
