Mike and his dad fixed the water issue. There was a clogged drainage bit overflowing, but it has been rerouted into a hose. Now instead of flooding my garage, it waters the bushes. The high humidity and temperatures are to blame for all this, since all this overflow is condensation from the air conditioner. Sigh.
