Note to self - never deep fry gnocchi. This video shows why. It's the laugh that is killer - it sounds almost exactly like a friend of ours.

Yesterday I ate the best tuna on crackers ever - it was mixed with some Thai chili and it was so good. Nom.

The mail brought me a book from the Yuletide book exchange - Slow River by Nicola Griffith. I am so excited to read it. While in the hospital I had an email from the person I sent a book to for the exchange and she really seemed to like it. Win for everyone!

It came out of a can, weirdly enough. Bumble brand and they have lots of those little lunch packs with a can of tuna and crackers. Mike bought them at the HEB nearby.
