I really need a dutch oven for all kinds of things. But what size? I'm leaning towards the 6 quart as a reasonable size for a two person household. But do I need more than one? Decisions, decisions.

I have nothing useful to contribute because I've been side-lined by the words "dutch oven" and "knob."

It terrifies me that I'm paid to supervise people.
