I made this pie for Mike to take to work and share. It's sort of messy, but hopefully delicious. It is a key lime pie made with fresh squeezed key limes and lots of zest. The crust was an experiment using gingersnaps and pecans instead of the usual graham cracker. I got up early this morning to make some fresh whipped cream and decorate the top with some sprinkles.

Thanks! I use a stencil I made a couple years ago, out of that waxy cardboard you find in candy packaging. It works pretty well and doesn't stick too much to the pie surface.
