threeplusfireI was going to write about how I absolutely despise people who can't shut up for 90 minutes and enjoy a movie, and how the presence of irritating children often makes me want to say completely inappropriate things in hopes their caretakers will hustle them away from me. But then we were driving home and northbound Mopac is entirely closed just past the 183 flyover with police cares, road flares, crime scene van, cars parked willy nilly all over the place - and what could only be a dead person covered with a sheet in the center of the road.
When I checked the news at home, all I found was apparently Guadalupe is shut down too. Another inexplicable fatal car accident.
(edit: the news now says a man was trying to cross Mopac on foot - I wonder if it was one of the transients often asking for money at the lights at Braker or 360 and Mopac. I saw two of them actually walking on the access ramp last week.)
