Today I had lunch with Stacy and decided to break my usual routine. I went for the plate of sushi and sashimi today. It was exquisitely delicious, each piece of fish perfectly cool and melt in your mouth tasty. How sneaky is it that such a decadent lunch is reasonably healthy?
