I'm not sure why my knee is unhappy. Well, I know it is from dancing. But I don't know exactly what I did. I suspect I just twisted it oddly somewhere along the way. It doesn't like it if I bend my knee and put my weight on it when I get on the bed, and it doesn't like moving sideways. I kept it propped up most of yesterday and put an ice pack on it. It felt well enough today to exercise, so I went for a long walk. Every now and then it twinges. Argh.

I really do not like the sensation.
