Today I have indulged my most favorite vice - spending hours reading a book on my expensive but incredible leather sofa, eating oranges and chips and drinking iced tea. This was one of my favorite activities as a kid, unfettered reading time. Doing nothing but losing myself in a world, eating my favorite snacks. I read an entire novel today in a glorious five or six hours.

Yesterday I acquired a library card. It's been a long time. I still have my first library card somewhere in a box, faded blue plastic. Someone should really open a little coffee shop place across the street from the library and stock it with cookies and cupcakes.

My favorite bartender and I are becoming friends outside of the club. We're going to have a Russian movie night.

I think the library card will be great for reading trashy, ridiculous fiction I wouldn't necessarily want to own.
