Cleaned this morning. Couldn't vacuum because my flatmates are still sleeping. The bathroom is sparkling, picture perfect white again. At least that is simple to clean.

Weird dreams about traveling in the Czech Republic. It was snowing in the mountains, and we were videotaping our progress. This sunny cold day with crunchy snow on the rocks and blue sky. I remember running, jumping from flat rock to flat rock and hearing the sounds of my boots on the icy stone. We were all running, through this meadow covered in snow, and I could hear Otto and Hana laughing. I felt happy, light.

In some small town we stopped and I found Nat Shermans in the potraviny. I went to tell Otto so we could buy as many as we could for the trip. Inside the store, which was part of a hotel, there was some intense drama happening with this woman who looked like Stephanie Seymour. Very weird stuff. I woke up with a headache. Tried to go back to sleep but it just didn't work.

The news is full of nothing but Chandra Levy. How many other people have gone missing in the 75 days since she disappeared? Are any of them on the front page day after day, at the top of the hour on Headline News? Ugh.

Had a nice time talking to Austin LJ people at Mojos this evening. A wild and wacky bunch they are. There was much silliness and good conversation. Even strange connections to be found.

I have fallen madly in love with the girl who was working behind the counter tonight around 7pm. Perhaps it was her beautiful smile, or the fact that she called me sweetie and told me to have a nice day. Maybe it was the good collection of cds she had on the counter. I think her name is Therese. Lovely, absolutely lovely. Oh, I wish I knew how to talk to girls.

Time for sleeping....
