Went to the doctor this morning, and they decided to draw blood to make sure eveything is functioning properly inside me. Oh how I hate that. My arm aches now.

Ran errands, had a thoroughly pleasant time getting my oil changed. I've gone to the same place for years now, because the men working there are friendly and communicative about the car.

The sun is out, and it's one of those glorious cold days that thrills me. Even though I'm sad my grandparents are on their way back to Alabama. Made them promise to come back again in the spring.

Melynda talked to me about the bizarre behaviour of the Cowardly Wretch, hopefully soon to be ex-roommate. I thought it strange that she thinks she can salvage her friendship with Melynda from the wreckage, even though she's written me off completely. I just want things settled, I want her to pay Melynda back for all those bills, and then I want her out of my life completely. I'd be content if I never had to see or hear of her again.

Thankfully the phone is working this morning, Amazing, Southwestern Bell did something ahead of schedule! How nice.

welcome to the madhouse

Cold night, with a horned golden moon in a black sky. Beautiful, absolutely beautiful.

It was one of those days, where you wonder if something in the water makes people insane. Angry, rude customers at the buy table, creepy customers stalking the aisles and customers with complicated purchases at the register. They were everywhere. I felt so tired, almost light headed from the day. At times I just leaned against the shelves and thought about falling asleep standing up. Don't know why I felt so wiped out.

Did get to use my discount to purchase books for Meg. I enjoy that.

Eating macaroni and cheese curled up on the couch in my blankets, reading about Egyptian gods and the evolution of bipedalism. Wanting to just stay here for a long time, it's so comfortable.
