Just saw the video for "Paradise City" on VH1 Classic. *sigh* And now they're showing Iggy Pop!

I remember when VH1 was a channel for Micheal Bolton videos. In high school I wrote a brilliant poem-letter to Iggy Pop that landed me a small scholarship.

Wish I had saved the conversation I had last night where a friend called me a sugarbeet. It made me smile.

Hufflepuff

According to the Sorting Hat, I belong in Hufflepuff. Neat.

The people above me have been atrociously loud today. I even heard a woman screaming, cursing and yelling about something. Yuck. I think they must have kids, because the noise sounded like kids jumping around off the furniture.

Work wasn't too harsh. Brit is finally back with us, though still recovering from his surgery. It's nice to see him. Thanksgiving hugs from Amy, Lauren and Ryan tonight as we closed. Both the girls were driving up to the Dallas/Arlington area for family things.

Feels strange to be so late in the year. Already. I'm losing track of the days again. Perhaps because I want to sleep so much. Though the doctor did call and all my bloodwork came up normal, so I can stop worrying.

Eating peppermint ice cream. Tomorrow I will bake something. Perhaps some rolls or bread.
