enough candles to read by

There is much to write about, but I don't have any desire to set it down. Maybe after I finish my paper on Daily Life of the Egyptian Gods. Not quite as informative in terms of history as Breasted's work on the Pyramid Texts, but still worth reading.

In fact, it needs to be read in an appropriate setting. I finally accomplished a lot when I drew a bath, lit some candles and incense, peeled a couple oranges, and sat down to read.

Suffice to say that even in a moment of clarity, I remain conflicted.
