Home again.
Ate three hard boiled eggs with garlic and mustard.
Smoked two cigarettes.
Wished I had a fancy job that would let me take my own hours, so I could spend more weekends at the House in the Woods near the Lake.
Nothing I wanted came in the mail today. Bummer.
However, I am in a grand mood.

I like cookies.

Now joyously bopping around my living room, because a whole herd of girlscouts came to the door, and I spent my last $3 on a box of thin mint cookies. Oh happy day.

I really can't tell you how happy this makes me in a silly way. Because they were five small girls, pulling a red wagon off cookies with a dad, and it just seemed really happy and sweet and innocent. Kids selling cookies.
