There's something really funny about waking up to find Fast Times At Ridgemont High on television at seven in the morning. I haven't seen this movie in forever.

I dreamed an entire dream in French, buying soap and dinner and my companion stealing very expensive whiskey glasses.

I have never had a week so long.

But I'm making turtles, the chocolate caramel kind, and I ate dinner at Lubys. Mmmm fried fish and macaroni and pie. I've been eating the exact same meal for twenty years. Crikey.

The cat is really soft, and all I want to do is lay on the couch petting him.
