This afternoon we listened to some calls at the office. Some were pretty straightforward, and one caller was especially upset and incoherent. The last call was the longest, and the most provoking. I could tell by the expressions on some faces that people in the training class were visibly upset about it. I wonder about myself that I can listen to these calls and not be so ruffled. But then, I do tend to think the worst of people in many situations. I was more concerned about a different call because of the drug involvement. It's weird.

I picked up my state ID badge this morning. It's spiffy.
