I am bummed. I have tickets to Druha Trava and no one to go with me. I went by myself last time too. (And someone tried to mug me that night!) I can't decide if I should go or not.

The crazy people are coming out of the woodwork. The call volume is high, we've got suicide callers one after another and more crack ass stupidity than you can shake a stick at today.

Did I mention I ate lots of delicious steamed pork buns this weekend? This is something I so want to make. I need to sort through my books and find all my cookbooks. Everything is a jumble of bags and boxes these days. But hey, at least I have floor space now. That's good.

My mother is rather ill. She didn't go into work today, so it must be bad. I am working on her birthday present, which I hope will arrive in time and cheer her up.

Something else I need to do is take lots of pictures of the scarves she made last year. I want to put them up on the net and sell them all for her, so she can have a little extra cash. I'm really waffling on how to price them, but it would end up being somewhere between $15 and $25 dollars. I think that's a good price range for a handmade winter scarf in soft yarn.

I need to get to the store and pick up pie making materials. I have a tentative yes for someone to cover my shift on the day of the OU game! Let's hope the person doesn't get cold feet. I have to make a really good pie as a thank you.
