Feb. 7th, 2006 09:04 amMy belly aches from that damned yoga workout. I shouldn't complain, it's like 25 minutes and really just nothing. Still, argh. The only thing that is really hard right now is anything requiring a lot of arm strength, and that mortifies me. I can only hope it will get better. Getting up to exercise this morning was a pain, and maybe that will get easier too. I was just too warm and comfortable.
