This is Halloween

I spent my Halloween half at work, partially at the doctor's office and the rest at home. The doctor drew lots of vials of blood, a process I find slightly unpleasant. But at least the arm has stopped hurting. They want to check my liver, my kidneys and my thyroid. In a perfect world, everything will be just fine, and we can say all my complaints are in my head.

It was warm, like summer this afternoon. The evening has settled into a pleasant chill. I'm watching Vincent Price movies, and eating candy instead of making a proper dinner. I'm too lazy to leave the house to go hunt down food.

There were things I wanted to say earlier, but I have forgotten.
