neato, I'm published somewhere

After a long day off too much thinking, I came home to a really cool surprise. In my mailbox no less. Proving that nothing can stop the goodness of mail, even now.

A couple months ago, I sent something in to USAA's U25 magazine. A short paragraph about how to date well on less money, something I learned from my friend Kevin actually. They decided to print it, the first one in the article, without any editing. Yay! I recieved a package with a couple copies of the issue, a 30 minute calling card, and a nifty U25 tshirt. Rock. That made my day so much better.

Little things, yes. Thank God for little things.

Hmm...is that the Under 25 Magazine? I was just thinking I'd get a copy soon, but then I realized that I may not if it's only for people under 25. I still get some kind of magazine from them, but I bet it's different now. How sad :(.

Anyway, it's cool that you got published! Yay!

Under 25, yes. But maybe they still send it if you're 25? I don't know. :/
