Mar. 8th, 2007 06:00 pmThings that were alright about today, to make up for other stupidity:
- I'm on windshield #3 and I haven't paid for a single one. So bizarre. Especially for never having had an accident. I do love the Saturn service department.
- The parents of Parker Curtis won their lawsuit against Hyde Park Baptist Church. Amen. I'm glad to see someone finally give them some penalties for ignoring a daycare employee's abuse of children. Hyde Park Baptist is really an ugly example of when churches become elitest and don't care about their community. The years long war they waged trying to knock down people's homes to build a parking garage was pretty ugly, but their actions in this case have been evern more harmful.
- It is 75 degrees outside. There are more flowers blooming.
- I got my swanky cocktail dress #2 today. Now just to find shoes.
