Apr. 30th, 2007 12:08 pmMy doctor calls the lab "vampires" and today he was right. They took so much blood I felt a little queasy afterwards. Having blood drawn is one of my least favorite things. It's not the needle prick, so much as the long buildup to it that gets to me.
It's been raining for awhile now, and the sound is soothing. I wish I didn't have a dentist appointment this afternoon. All I want to do is lay here in the half light and listen to the creek fill up, drink my green soda and read a book.
Last night Mike and I saw Red vs Blue at the Alamo. Hilarious. On the way home, there was a newer model lexus with a Gattis sign on top. All I could think was that some kid from Westlake uses Mom's car to deliver pizza. Because what other pizza delivery person drives a shiny Lexus?
