Mike's birthday

We celebrated a lot today, eating cinnamon sticks for breakfast and watching science television, playing video games and seeing an awesome show at the Draft House. This local group Shuttle Debris played live music during a showing of one of our all time favorites - Labyrinth! It was amazing - they did some incredible remixing. I find it hard to improve on Bowie, even crazy cocaine 80s Bowie, but they gave the songs and sounds an entirely new perspective.

I think I know why my moral compass is all wrong - I totally would have run off with the Goblin King instead of trying to save the baby. Hahaha.

We have birthday donuts from Dunkin and epic birthday cake baked by me. Mmm sugar high.

Koshka has either become spoiled or picky. He's refusing to eat his dry food, which freaked me out. But he will go to town on beefy wet food, so that's what we will have to do from now on. Spoiled kitty.
