Books for reading
Jul. 4th, 2008 01:34 amI am so close to being finished with Havemercy by Jaida and Dani. I've forced myself to go at an agonizingly slow rate to draw out the pleasure, where I would normally stay up all night and read it straight through. It's a lovely book and just made for fandom.
My friend Kim has published her first book this year too! The Ghosts of Wolf Creek has just been published. (The website http://theghostsofwolfcreek.com/ has more of a synopsis) It's a spooky mystery and I am excited to read it.
Both of these books are by talented authors and are their first published novels. Buy them! Get them for your libraries! Give them as gifts! Enjoy them, talk about them, support your starving artists and take some joy from the written word.
