Feb. 16th, 2010 05:46 pmI am okay only if I sit upright or lay on my side so that I can't move too much. It lulls me into a false sense of relief that maybe this has stopped. That flimsy notion disappears with a screech should I get up or move around. I spent some time watching curling because it hurt too much to even think about getting up to change the channel.
This is quite the worst pain I've experienced since surgery and I don't even know what I did. It is also interfering with the idea that I would exercise while watching the Olympics during the day. (Since the daytime coverage is less riddled with commercials and faux inspirational stories.)
Last night Mike went to the store to get a heating pad and came home with a bunch of sale chocolate. Mmm post holiday sale chocolate.
Ugh, pain is stupid. I am filled with annoyance at it and how it interferes with my daily life.
