weird

I was feeling very lazy, and did not get up and go to the grocery store this morning like I planned. But I feel okay about this decision. After I finished reading some webcomics, I checked the local news. Apparently someone robbed the bank right next to my usual grocery store. So maybe it was a good decision after all.

I give the internet a lot of grief for things like Facebook but some days I am super grateful for the weird, time machine memory it contains. I finally re-discovered the truly bizarre, post apocalyptic video series I watched in elementary school to learn about libraries and the Dewey decimal system. It was called Tomes & Talismans and it was one of those strange, terrible things that informs a lifetime. It's apparently on DVD and iTunes and Youtube now.
