May. 1st, 2010 10:59 pmI DVR Cops on Saturdays. The first fifteen minutes of this episode were taken over by baseball. Whiskey tango foxtrot? They still play baseball? Words cannot express how boring I find baseball, and my annoyance at missing hilarious early 80s Cops.
Delicious, delicious puerco guisado from La Brissa tonight. Mmmm. Two nights of Mexican food in a row. I watched the Derby this afternoon. The track was soaking wet, so the running was slower than usual. The turf race was fantastic and I wish I actually bet money because my pick won.
Mike went to the Pecan Street Festival with some friends. He obtained a hat, and brought home some bars of soap for me. Peppermint oatmeal soap!
