Jan. 20th, 2011 11:22 pmI don't miss being miserable all the time. But I do miss when my misery gave me the manic energy to clean all the things. I did scrub the bath today but it doesn't feel the same when you're just doing it because it is a chore you have to do and not because it keeps you from flying apart into a million pieces.
A few years ago I made New Year's resolutions. The only one I've kept has been to use my bags at the grocery store.
I need to work out my Squishable Fuzzy Five story and get it sent in for the contest.
Another bill in the mail. At least there was Netflix to soften the blow, and a gift I ordered for someone.
Despite it being 40 degrees outside, the ice cream man circled the block this afternoon. I think he must sell drugs because I can't figure it out. Mostly I just wish he sold gyros or something. The neighborhood lacks good Greek food. I still remember Ted's, where I ate tiny octopus for the first time.
