I am always so nervous, unable to sleep the night before classes start. Though I've long since lost any reason to be nervous. Had a nightmare about making coconut chutney with strawberry pasta for a young boy's birthday. Running around Houston trying to find the right fruits and such things. Very very disturbing. Just figured out where my classes are, and now I need to fly.
