cooking is fun
These are good to put on top of salads or meals, or just to munch if you like walnuts. I think this came from Gourmet magazine.
Rosemary Walnuts
2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons dried rosemary (crumbled)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
2 cups walnuts
Melt the butter with the rosemary, salt and cayenne.
Pour mixture over walnuts, and toss them to coat.
Bake the nuts on a cookie sheet in a preheated 350
degree oven for 10 minutes.
