better now

I feel much much better this morning. Not grand, but the pain is less, and I do not have the fever anymore. My mother's cat slept on my feet, and another cat would sometimes wander in during the night to walk over my head. I miss living with cats. especially such unique and strange cats as the ones my mother has nursed back to health over the years.

Going off to class, and then to the store meeting, but I do not think I am up to working today. I will tell them that I shall come in tomorrow. My doctor's note is good to keep me out til Friday, but I feel kind of guilty about that. I just want to be healthy for this weekend when I see Cate.
