Which part? I do highly recommend going outside, though you might not have the Texas summer sky. You know what I think would be good for you? Traveling. Might help you clear the head some, and give you a better idea of what you want.

Well, the listening to the "Doing The Unstuck" part, but coincidentally enough I have been outside for most of the day. It's gorgeous today, but very, very windy. I'd love to travel but having no money kind of makes such thoughts impossible. :) Maybe someday.
