Gene's reading in my bed, and I am restlessly wandering the living room. Trying to decide what to pack tonight, what's got to go in the morning. What kind of soap to bring, even. Packing the soap is the hardest part, really.

New York? Have a great trip. If you get a chance, go see the Neue Galerie at 86th and Fifth Ave., which features German and Austrian art. I think you would enjoy it.
