(no subject)

So far, my car is unrepsonsive. Going to attempt to jump start it tomorrow, and see how it goes. Ugh.

Ordered a cell phone. Which I have mixed feelings about, since I remember swearing I would never do such a thing many years back. But with living between two places, and the high probability of my car breaking down yet again, it seems like a good idea. At least the phone is very shiny and interesting, and should be here in a day or two. Then I can start seriously entertaining the idea of getting a job.

Ate dinner at Kerbey Lane, and reveled in migas and iced tea. Spent a while talking to Gene this evening. It makes me a little sad sometimes.

School starts tomorrow, and I won't be there. Depressing.

you'll be going to school again, I bet. You have Dr. Tsarina written all over you. Glad you're back. Migas are GOOD. Saw xXx tonight at Gateway. I think it was supposed to be in the Czech republic, but not sure. Wasn't a great movie, but funny in its seriousness.

Heh. I really don't seem to be suited for much else, I think.

xXx is set in the Czech Republic I think. But I fear that Vind Diesel guy's neck, so I think I will run screaming. Though I did watch the terrible Scorpion King on the plane home. The Rock also has a giant scary neck.

I think Vin Diesel is pretty attractive, despite his neck. And I really don't like overly-muscular guys. I'm sure Mamie would attribute it to her astute observation: I like dumb guys. T isn't, but most of the guys I'm attracted to are dumb. I think maybe it's because I like being queen bee. Or something.

i felt sad yesterday because i'm not a freshfacedfreshman, just a grumpy grad student. i tried to catch their enthusiam and walk into town for "fun" -- but all i got were new shoe blisters! (well, i did get nice chewy bagels and cream cheese and an iced coffee, i suppose :)
