There are 52, 273 students at the University of Texas at Austin this fall.

I heard a song on the radio this afternoon and the chorus was "...she fucking hates me..." Absolutely hilarious.

Watching Holiday, with Katherine Hepburn and Cary Grant, one of those thoroughly delightful old films with good dialogue and clothes, old houses and overbeaing fathers. I love black and white films. MTV makes me feel weird, watching it these days. I can't explain it.

You know, people up here bitch about parking around Ann Arbor.... and admittedly, there are many neighborhoods where you can't immediately find a parking spot when you want one..... but parking on campus is nowhere as insane as it was at Texas.

Yes, I miss UT. I'd even give up the cute chipmunks for the vicious tree rats, if I could go back.
